Wareconn Warranty Cloud platform has optimized the Batch Parts Warranty Claims submission feature on July 17, 2025. Details are as follows:
1. Feature Overview
Based on the business need for batch processing of parts warranty claims and to avoid inefficiencies caused by single-item submissions, the system now supports batch uploading of multiple parts warranty claims. It provides real-time error feedback through intelligent validation and offers error data downloads, enabling efficient and accurate batch warranty services.

3.1 Download Parts Template
Path: Customer Backend → Warranty Claims → Warranty Claims → Service Providers → Add New Applications
Before creating a new parts application, customers must download and fill in the parts template after selecting the service provider.
The batch upload fields are as follows:
3.2 Add type selection on the upload page
Path: Customer Backend → Warranty Claims → Warranty Claims → Service Providers → Add New Applications
Add type selection as product or part on the upload form page.
Products and parts correspond to different upload templates, and data validation is performed according to the selected type.
3.3 Data error notifications
Path: Customer Backend → Warranty Claims → Warranty Claims → Service Providers → Add New Applications
During batch data uploads, valid data will be uploaded as usual, and when data errors occur, only the erroneous data will be intercepted.
An error notification banner will appear at the top of the page (see ①).
Click ‘Download’ to download and reviewing the error data (see ②).
