A worldwide brand company with approximate 60 data centers and 190 end customers have after-sales service on cloud enterprise product such as server, data storage, purchased from F manufacturer.
II. Issue Description:
Scenario:
The business model is parts return with "Advance Exchange Service" type. A customer needs to receive spare parts within 5 days.
A customer at different data centers in different regions process parts return at RMA portal to have F manufacturer check and release RMA no.
F manufacturer will off-line check inventory status to ship spare parts. After shipped, F manufacturer will fill in shipping information at RMA portal.
After received spare parts, A customer will ship those corresponded defective parts back to F manufacturer.
In addition, A customer needs to consolidate the warranty information and report of all manufacturers manually for further analysis.
