Wareconn Warranty Cloud platform has optimized the service and modified the features of workstation process management. Details are as follows:
1. Function Overview:
When a returned product arrives at the service center, users can modify the process based on actual conditions. The system supports both the application of previously set processes and changes to new service and workstation processes, allowing direct transitions to designated workstations. Users can also view process change records.
2. Applicable Scope of role: Service Centers
3. Operation Process:
If the returned product follows an existing predefined process, no changes are needed.
If process modifications are required per customer request, follow these steps: Service Center Portal → Progress Control → Progress Tracking → Process Modification, Modify the SN process and transition to the designated workstation.
