Dear Wareconn Warranty Cloud Users,
On July 22, 2025, the Wareconn Warranty Cloud platform enhanced the Spare Parts Ordering feature by introducing a "Partial Approval & Shipment" capability. This allows users to schedule shipments more flexibly according to business needs, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of spare parts order processing.
1. Feature Overview:
Based on inventory shortages caused by large quantity spare parts orders from customers, this optimization adds the function of partial approval for logistics settings. It enables warranty providers to flexibly split orders based on real-time inventory, approve and ship them in batches, while unapproved portions are automatically deferred and executed once inventory is replenished. This ensures efficient and compliant order fulfillment.
2. Application: Warranty Provider and Customer
3. User Manual:
3.1 Logistics Settings
Path: Warranty Provider Backend → Logistics Mgt → Logistics Settings
Enable the logistics provider in the logistics settings and select the options to create and cancel orders, and track logistics information. Once enabled, the system will support the partial approval mechanism, allowing more flexible order management.
3.2 Partial Approval
Path: Warranty Provider Backend → Spare Parts → Purchase Order → List
For pending approval orders, users can click the ” ”icon to enter the verification page.
In the verification page, click the“operation”button to modify the approved quantity, enabling flexible approval control.
This update adds a Partial Approval & Shipment feature to Spare Parts Ordering, enabling providers to split orders based on real-time inventory, ship in batches, and defer unapproved items until stock is replenished for more efficient and flexible fulfillment.
