Wareconn Warranty Cloud Platform launched the【Spare Parts Safety Stock】in November. Details are as follows:


1. Feature Overview

The Spare Parts Safety Stock feature ensures adequate spare parts availability during supply fluctuations or sudden demand changes, preventing service interruptions by shortages. The system automatically calculates safety stock based on custom settings, the moving average method, or the AFR calculation method.

This function enables warehouse personnel to monitor inventory in real time and plan replenishment proactively, supporting efficient repair operations and continuous service.

3.1 Warranty Settings

Path: Warranty Provider Backend → Repair Service → Engineering Support → Spare Parts Management →Inventory

  • Warranty Provider can set safety stock levels, view current inventory variances, and export the data to an excel file.

  • Warranty provider can set different safety stock calculation methods, including 【Custom】, 【Moving Average】, and【AFR】.


3.2 Service Center Safety Stock View

Path: Service Center Backend → Repair Service → Engineering Support → Spare Parts Management → List → Safety Stock

Service centers can view the safety stock levels set by the warranty provider and the corresponding inventory variances.


With these improvements, service centers can manage spare parts more accurately and maintain smoother operational workflows.
