Dear Wareconn Warranty Cloud Users,
Wareconn Warranty Cloud platform has optimized the service and enhanced the features of the receipt entry on July 17, 2025. Details are as follows:
1. Feature Overview:
To comply with import and export regulations across different countries and to prevent returned products from different regions from being mixed in a single shipment, the system now allows service centers to supplement information after goods are received. To ensure the accuracy of this supplemental data, the post-receipt data entry workflow has been further optimized.
Customs personnel upload import information (part number, quantity, logistics tracking number).
Warehouse personnel supplement the serial numbers after actual receipt; the system simultaneously compares part numbers and other related information.
Upload warranty application information and generate a Ware No.
2. Application: Warranty Provider, Service Center
3. User Manual:
3.1 Set Shipping Restrictions
Path: Warranty Provider Backend → Warehousing → Logistics Settings → Shipping Restrictions
Set shipping country restrictions for service centers.

Add a "Pre-Receiving" template function for customers.

During case closure, the system will enforce shipping control based on the defined restrictions.
3.2 Pre-Receiving
Path: Service Center Backend → Warehousing → Warehousing → Pre-Receiving
Add: Enter pre-receiving details including product part numbers and shipping tracking numbers.

Supplement: After actual delivery, complete the product SN information.

Auto Generation of Warranty Number:
[Download Template] The template will auto-fill part numbers and SN. Users complete the remaining required fields and select items for batch RMA submission.

[Batch Upload] This function requires authorization for automated warranty submission. (Authorization Path: Warranty Provider Backend → Repair Service → Service Authorization → Case Close → Customer Auto Warranty Application Authorization), Once uploaded successfully, the system will automatically generate the Ware No.

3.3 Case Closure Control
Path: Service Center Backend → Warehousing → Warranty Items → Normal Close
At the time of closure, the system will enforce control based on the “Shipping Restriction” settings. If the receiving address does not match the specified restriction, the case will be blocked and cannot be closed.
