"Spare Parts Forecating" is launched on June 24, 2024. Details are as follows:

1. Function Overview：

Using historical material usage and warranty order data alongside algorithms, it helps forecast real-time spare parts demands to ensure accurate management and efficient resource allocation. This prevents service centers from production disruptions due to shortages, ensuring smooth and effcient operations.

3. Operation Manual

3.1 Warranty provider calculates the demand in real-time based on historical usage and RMA quantities, allowing Service centers to see corresponding part number requirements.

3.2 Service center can estimate future parts demand based on the last six months' usage, the next six months' estimated needs, and projected RMA quantities. This allows for a scientfic approach when requesting parts from customers.

3.3 Customers can prepare inventory based on the usage in the past six months, estimated needs for the next six months, and projected RMA quantities. This practice reduces stocking lead times, ensuring smooth production at service centers.
