On December 14, 2023, the World Economic Forum (WEF) announced the newest Lighthouses. The Taoyuan factory owned by Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII) introduced AI technology that contributed to major improvements in production efficiency, resulting in being selected as the world’s first AI server Lighthouse.
Taoyuan factory achieved 73% improvement in production efficiency through introducing various AI applications, along with the Wareconn Asset Management APP, where 600,000 inspection records were executed on over 3,000 facilities.
The Asset Management app offers advanced contract management and aggregates data from multiple sources, such as inspections and both internal and external maintenance records. This data is analyzed to provide precise support for efficient decision-making in management, ultimately reducing the risk of downtime due to potential failures.
The Asset Management APP has become an important tool in intelligent manufacturing, as well as a great achievement in Lighthouse operation.
