[March 18, 2025, San Jose, California and Taipei, Taiwan] Hon Hai Technology Group (TWSE: 2317), the world's largest electronic manufacturing service provider, today released a series of AI software and hardware achievements at NVIDIA GTC 2025 , covering the next-generation GB300 NVL72 platform, humanoid robots and digital twin technology examples developed with NVIDIA. At the same time, Hon Hai shared its latest AI applications on three major smart platforms, demonstrating its leadership in the field of AI and future development direction.
As the world's largest AI server supplier, Foxconn participated in GTC 2025 held in San Jose, the United States as a diamond sponsor this year, and the group's overall number of exhibitors doubled that of last year. Foxconn will present six keynote speeches at GTC this year, covering artificial intelligence, complex and nursing robots, and advanced physical AI and virtual solutions built with NVIDIA Omniverse and Mega Omniverse for applications in autonomous driving, smart manufacturing and digital healthcare.
"In the global AI server supply chain, Foxconn has the highest market share. These servers use the most powerful super chips on the planet. But Foxconn's technological strength goes far beyond that. As a Tier-1 manufacturer, GTC is the best place for us to use AI technology to showcase the three major smart platforms of smart manufacturing, smart electric vehicles, and smart cities. This world-class AI event brings together the world's top partners to discuss the future development of AI. We are very happy to support NVIDIA again in hosting such an event." said Liu Yangwei, Chairman of Foxconn Technology Group. This year, more than 70 Foxconn engineers and senior executives attended the GTC conference and took the stage to share Foxconn's latest technologies and products.
At the Hon Hai booth (#323) at GTC, the new next-generation GB300 NVL72 server cabinet designed and developed jointly with NVIDIA was displayed for the first time. It was displayed through a visual way, and it is the AI infrastructure for training and reasoning large language models (LLM) with mega-level parameters, and is also the computing core of the AI factory.
As a PBR (Pilot Build Request) supplier for NVIDIA's GB200 NVL72 and the upcoming GB300 NVL72 platforms, Foxconn assists in the design and manufacturing of related products and is committed to ensuring optimal computing performance. This advanced super chip ecosystem is based on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and combines liquid cooling technology designed and manufactured by the group's Hongbai subsidiary. It optimizes server cooling and data center design through NVIDIA Omniverse digital twin technology to ensure an efficient and stable AI operating environment.
In addition, Foxconn continues to promote smart manufacturing at multiple locations around the world and is working with NVIDIA to optimize production processes through a variety of AI solutions, including the use of NVIDIA AI blueprints for video search and summarization (VSS) in operations and security monitoring scenarios. At the GTC exhibition, NVIDIA Omniverse will be demonstrated to simulate factory layout and logistics operations in real time, allowing attendees to witness the actual application of digital twin technology in smart factories. In addition, Foxconn will use the NVIDIA Omniverse platform to support multi-person collaboration, real-time interaction, physical simulation, and AI integration capabilities in the keynote speech " How to Use NVIDIA Omniverse on Smart Factory Design: The Fii Omniverse Digital Twin Project on NVIDIA GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchip Production Line " to promote innovation and practice in smart factory design.
As a diamond sponsor of GTC this year, Foxconn specially demonstrated its various robot application fields, including the Semiconductor Hybrid Robot, which combines advanced visual recognition and precision motion technology to provide efficient and safe intelligent transportation solutions for the semiconductor industry. Foxconn will also use the theme of " Reinventing Smart Manufacturing : How Foxconn Builds and Deploys an AI Workforce" to conduct in-depth discussions in the sub-forum special speeches on how AI factories can achieve autonomous AI (Agentic AI) and apply it to physical AI solutions such as Factory GPT and embodied intelligence robots (Embodied Intelligence Robots).
In addition, Foxconn's AI nursing robot Nurabot also made its debut at this GTC. This nursing robot can optimize medical workflows and improve the quality of patient care, and is expected to be deployed in partner hospitals in Taiwan this year. The Taichung Veterans General Hospital, one of the top 100 smart hospitals in the world, was the first to introduce the application. In “ Transform Patient Care With Digital Twins and Nursing Collaborative Robots"In a special speech, Foxconn will further publicly share the case of Taiwan's first digital twin hospital ward and explore the future development of AI in the medical field.
Another major keynote speech that will debut at GTC, " From Open Source to Frontier AI: Build, Customize, and Extend Foundation Models," will provide an in-depth analysis of FoxBrain, the first Traditional Chinese Large Language Model (LLM) with reasoning capabilities. FoxBrain is expected to become an important engine for upgrading Hon Hai's three major platforms: smart manufacturing, smart electric vehicles, and smart cities, and promote technological innovation and industrial transformation.
In the digital forum on the GTC official website, Foxconn’s smart city team will share the results of its promotion of smart city platforms with the topic of “ Improving Road Safety with GenAI, Metropolis, and NVIDIA Omniverse ”.
Foxconn's GTC booth is located at San Jose Convention Center #323. During the exhibition period, visitors to the booth can not only learn more information, but also receive Foxconn Token chocolate tokens.
