Dear Wareconn Warranty Cloud Users,
Wareconn Warranty Cloud platform has optimized the Spare Part Support (SPS) feature as of May 7, 2026. Details are as follows:
1. Feature Overview
A new "Auto-Close After Shipment" function has been added to Spare Part Support. This feature allows the system to automatically close a warranty claim once all Serial Numbers (SN) under that claim have been shipped (including single, bulk, or API-triggered shipments).
Upon the initial activation of this switch, the system will provide a notification and automatically perform a bulk closure for all historical shipment data that meets the criteria.

3.1 Authorizing Auto-Close for Customers
Path: Warranty Provider → Warranty Management → Customer Management → Customer Mgt → Related to case closure
Select the target customer and click the "Settings" icon (Picture 1).
Enter the "Closure Authorization" page, check the "SPS Auto-Close" option, and click the "Save" button (Picture 2).
