【Troubleshooting Guideline】Provide initial troubleshooting recommendations by uploading manuals and solutions

Dear Wareconn Warranty Cloud Users,

Wareconn Warranty Cloud Platform launched the Troubleshooting Guidelines (TSG) on September 19, 2025. Details are as follows:


1. Feature Overview

TSG is primarily used to provide engineers with troubleshooting recommendations before submitting a warranty claim. Engineers can search operation manuals and solutions by reason codes and descriptions, perform preliminary defect assessments, and resolve basic issues.

3. User Manual:

3.1 Warranty Settings

Path: Warranty Provider Backend →  Warranty Settings →  Troubleshooting Guideline

  • Warranty providers can bulk upload operation manuals. The system automatically extracts reason descriptions and codes, which users can edit and adjust. The extracted reason descriptions and codes will be used for subsequent searches of manuals and solutions.


  • Warranty providers can batch upload reason descriptions, which can be used to query the corresponding solutions through reason codes and descriptions.


  • Questionnaires can be batch uploaded by Warranty Provider.


3.2 Customer Quick Check

Path: Customer Backend

  • Customers can quickly search operation manuals on the homepage through [Manual Quick Check]. By selecting a search type, they can easily find the relevant operation manuals using either the reason description or the reason code.


  • Customers can use the [Quick Question Check] on the backend homepage to search for relevant reason descriptions and view the solutions.


3.3 Customer to view manual, reason descriptions and questionnaires

Path: Customer Backend → Warranty Settings →  Troubleshooting Guideline

  • On the TSG page, customers can view detailed operation manuals, reason descriptions, and questionnaires related to the PN. They can search for relevant manuals by reason description, reason code, or manual name, view the manuals online, and continue searching for reason descriptions and codes within the manuals.
